Easter

The girls loved decorating Easter eggs this year! This was the first time that Claire could really do it by herself. She cracked half of the eggs by dropping them in to the dye. That was OK because she ate all of the ones she cracked. Abby on the other hand took her time in making sure they were perfect.







Below is a picture of the girls in their Easter dresses before we went to church. They had just gotten their Easter baskets and were very excited. Along with candy, Claire got the Alvin and the Chipmunks CD(which we have already listened to 1 billion times!) and Abby got a new game. I really wanted them to match this year, but Abby refused :(...so I had to settle for them both having polka dots on their dresses.


After church we went to my sister's house with the rest of the fam. I couldn't resist taking the picture of Carmen and Claire. They both ate so much candy their stomachs hurt!


Gotta love the cousin pictures! When the girls are older, they are not going to have trouble finding pictures of themselves with their cousins!!




After lunch, we had an Easter egg hunt. As you can tell by the bags, Carmen kicked some butt!! That girl literally ran as fast as she could to get a lot of the eggs. Poor Claire couldn't keep up.
